We have qualified technicians to handle various bolting and torquing services at site on turnkey basis. We also provide rental services of various ranges of tested and certified torque wrenches, pumps and sockets with skilled technicians on daily weekly or monthly basis.
We have machines available for insitu Flange facing and bevelling and flange re-serration activities for various ranges of flange diameters. We offer a variety of bolting related services, equipment rentals and sales, that range from bolt tensioners, torque wrenches, nut splitters, flange spreaders, flange pullers, flange facing services ( 48” to 72″ in diameter and larger upon request) to subsea tools and cold cutting machines which could be available with certified technician, within a short notice.

Petrovortex Engineering solutions FZC through its network of workshop and service engineers, perform valve and actuator servicing from inspection to a full valve upgrade. Our Valve workshop is well equipped with all the necessary hand tools and power tools with full range of inspection instruments and test flanges up to 42" for large heavy rated valves
